Clinical Health Screening
Generally speaking, anyone over the age of 35 would benefit from health screening. However, anyone with a strong family history of cardiovascular problems or cancer, who is overweight or has an interactive lifestyle should consider health screening at an earlier age.

Every second year should be fine for a healthy young person but if there is a particular concern, for example if someone is very inactive, or overweight, or if there is a strong family history of cardiac disease or cancer, it is generally advised to get an annual health check.
